Please contact us at and we will gladly arrange an exchange or refund, less shipping charges.

Jewellery must be returned in its original condition, unworn and in the original packaging.  We will require a receipt for proof of purchase.

Please package the returned jewellery securely to prevent damage during shipping.  We will not be responsible for items lost in transit and recommend you send it by Registered Post.

When we have received your returned item in as new condition, a refund will be made within 7 days.  The refund will use the same mode of payment as the original purchase.

Our exchange and refund policy does not apply to sale or promotion items.

Faulty Returns

We are extremely particular about the quality of our jewellery.  However if you should receive a faulty item, please email us at within 48 hours.

When we have received the faulty item we will carry out a full inspection.  If the fault is genuine, we will offer a full refund including your delivery cost.
